Welcome to Recreate Pics. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using Recreate Pics, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Recreate Pics is a generative AI-powered image editing and recreation platform. We offer tiered subscription plans including Free, Pro (monthly), and Lifetime access. Features and credit allocations vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

• Free Plan: Limited credits and one active project. No Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) access.
• Pro Plan: Monthly renewable credits with BYOK mode unlocked. Downgrades to Free automatically if payment fails or subscription is cancelled.
• Lifetime Plan: One-time purchase granting permanent BYOK-only access with no recurring fees and no expiry.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account with any third party.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit or plan limitations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Note: All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

• Billing: Pro plan fees are billed monthly in advance. Lifetime is a single one-time charge.
• Renewal: Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on credits consumed or on Lifetime purchases. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented technical failures on our end.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price changes affecting their plan.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Pro and Lifetime users may connect their own third-party API keys (e.g., OpenRouter, Gemini, OpenAI) to bypass platform credits. By using BYOK mode, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all costs incurred through your third-party API provider.
• Your API key is stored securely but used at your own risk.
• Recreate Pics accepts no liability for charges, rate limits, or service interruptions imposed by your third-party provider.
• You must comply with the terms of service of your respective API provider at all times.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Recreate Pics to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the service or circumvent rate limits.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Recreate Pics. You retain ownership of any original images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

AI-generated outputs produced through our platform are provided to you for personal or commercial use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We make no warranties regarding the copyright status of AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Recreate Pics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan.
